Join us on one of our fabulous snow mobile excursions. We hold the only permit in the area to rent and deliver snowmobiles to the starting point. A member of the local club leads the trip for your convenience. We are the number one source in the area! RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

RENTAL INFORMATION
All rates include introductory instruction and helmet. The 4 hour rate includes a sack lunch for driver and passenger. Gloves are available for purchase. Please let us know in advance if you wish to purchase these items. There is availability for 6 snowmobiles on one trip. Also, 2 snowmobiles are required for each trip or contact us about private tour information. Trips may be cancelled by the guide at any time.

GROUPS
Snowmobiling is a great team building event. We can accomodate groups with our fleet of snowmobiles. Imagine having the entire team there and 6 snowmobiles and taking turns riding the trails. We can accomodate this. A 4 hr rental is required. You will rent all the machines and for each additional person beyond the 8th the cost is $25. Box lunch is provided for everyone. Each person must complete a Reservation Form and Liability Release to attend regardless of whether they drive or not.

SCHEDULE
Snowmobile tours are available Wednesday through Monnday. First, your party will meet at the Mt. Hood Adventure Headquarters for registration, clothing and final payment. Then, you will follow the snowmobile trailer to the designated starting point. Sorry, no shuttle is currently available through our office. Before taking off on the tour, the guide will conduct an introductory instruction.
MEETING TIMES
All Meeting Times are at 8:30am at Mt Hood Adventure Headquarters

RENTER/DRIVER/PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS
The renter of the snowmobiles must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
Driver of each snowmobile must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license and weigh at least 100lbs.
Passengers must be at least 6 years old.
Driver must be at least 18 years old to have a passenger on board.
Maximum weight allowed on a snowmobile is 350lbs.
All participants under 18 years old must have parent/ guardian signature on reservation and liability form.

RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to date of trip. A signed and completed Snowmobile Reservation Form is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the trip date will not be charged. For cancellations within 7 days of the trip a $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged per snowmobile Reservation. The final payment is due on the date of the trip. An imprint for $500 per snowmobile will be taken on the date of the trip as security for damages. Any damage to a part constitutes full replacement of that part. Full replacement of the equipment can run up to $7500.00 and can include recovery fees.
